I have had a healthy obsession with Snickers chocolate for such a long time. I just love the combination of nuts, caramel and chocolate together, it tastes so amazing. I’ve made a number of recipes that have a Snickers theme to them from a cheesecake to no-bake oat cookies to caramel snickers bars and much more.

These Mini Snicker bites are a much healthier version, that is no bake, it includes, peanut butter, oats, honey and chocolate, another magical combo. I added salted nuts as I love the sweet and against the salt, but you can use unsalted if you prefer.

They are quick to make and even quicker to finish off!
