These chocolate Christmas trees are super cute, quick and easy to make, and you can decorate them with whatever sprinkles you have available. They only require 3 ingredients chocolate, Mikado’s and sprinkles! 

They take a bit of practice and you have to work quite quickly, in the end, you do get something that resembles a tree somehow!

A quick and easy Chocolate Tree

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Dark Chocolate or Milk
  • Packet Mikado
  • Tub Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl in a microwave or in a ban marie, stir and make sure it's fully melted.
    2. Meanwhile, line a baking tray that can fit in the fridge or freezer with baking paper, and place around 7 Mikado's on the tray with enough space between. Have your sprinkles ready.
    3. Once melted, cut a section from a piping bag, pour the chocolate in. Starting from top to bottom, working quickly pipe lines across the Mikado. Once you have completerd them all scatter the sprinkles on top of each tree before the chocolate melts. Leave to fully set in the fridge for a few hours or if you have space put it in the freezer.
