Those who know me know that Ferrero roche are one of my fav chocolate. The fact they have Nutella in the center makes it even more amazing!. And I just love the hazelnuts, you can’t go wrong with chocolate and nut combo. I haven’t made cupcakes in a while and fancied something chocolatey. I also had some Ferrero roche chocolates lying around and thought they would look perfect on top of the cupcake. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cupcakes were easy to make, I only made 1\/2 the batch as I didn’t need 12 cupcakes, there’s not much partying going on atm! I just made these to help my NEED for chocolate. As you know there is always that need<\/em> for chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also seen this amazing recipe for sour cream frosting and thought this would be the right accompaniment with the richness of the chocolate and would definately balance the flavours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
