When you think of lasagne, you don’t think of it being sweet, well I don’t anyway!
I love anything Lotus and this recipe sounded like a dream, I thought it will also be a fun thing to make and it was! This was really nice, simple and easy dessert to make especially when you don’t have the time. It just needs to set in the fridge.
- 25 Biscoff Biscuits or more depending on your dish
- 600 ml Double cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Half jar Lotus Biscoff spread
- 1. Place double cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and whip until it forms soft peaks.2. In the microwave melt biscoff spread until a bit liquid.3. Layer biscuits at the base of tray, then place a layer of cream, dizzle then drizzle biscoff spread on top.4. Repeat steps till you achieve the amount of layers you desire with the final layer being cream5. Place some biscoff spread in a piping bag and pipe lines on top of cream. Use a skewer to create a pattern (pushing those lines up then down).6. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight, and enjoy!! .
