I was clearing out my cupboards and came across a biscotti recipe book I was given a while ago. Looking through the book, this one recipe stood out quite a lot. I love chocolate, I love cherries and I love hazelnuts and had to make these.
If you haven’t tried to make your own biscotti, it’s quite easy and isn’t very hard to make. These turned out really yummy. They are crunchy, tasty and full of amazing flavours.
